Do antioxidant help to get rid skin diseases especially pimples and acne? Does it also help to remove pimple marks?

Detective's Answer:
I wouldn't necessarily say antioxidants "get rid" of skin diseases like pimples and acne (since that is more genetic & hereditary) however antioxidants can definitely help to either minimize the occurrence and keep your skin healthy.

Depending on how severe your acne breakouts are, you may want to consider seeing a physician about this. I'm not a big fan of using prescription drugs because I feel they either dry out your skin too much or can do some internal damage if it's something you have to ingest... but that's just my opinion.

The antioxidants that can help with acne, pimples and marks include Vitamin E and Vitamin A.

The best thing for scars and marks is to take Vitamin E gel caps, pop the capsule and put the oil directly on the mark or scar at least once a day. It's either that or buy Vitamin E oil.

Another thing to help with pimples is your overall diet. Try not to eat foods high in fat and it helps to workout regularly, too.
